The Story

Robard’s Steakhouse pays tribute to Howard Robard Hughes, Jr., a man who went after bold experiences and pursued perfection in his work. A Texas native, Hughes established a legacy of pushing boundaries and staked his claim as one of the 20th Century’s great innovators.

Robard’s atmosphere is cool and classic, reflecting the height of Howard Hughes’ filmmaking career in the 1930’s with a nod to Prohibition era glamour and a touch of modern style and sophistication.

Robard’s interior design exudes warmth. A rich and sumptuous color palette of sable, sand, indigo, slate and black creates a cultured and refined atmosphere flush with natural light.

Awash in lux detail, the main dining room at Robard’s boasts a sophisticated style with art-deco styling, a stunning 8-foot long raised fireplace framed in dark bronze metal, 14-foot windows, and 20’ vaulted wood-beamed ceilings with custom chandeliers and skylights. Every table in the restaurant has expansive views of the 18th green of the Panther Trail™ golf course.

As a tribute to Hughes’ intrepid spirit, the culinary team at Robard’s is always developing bold and inventive dishes that reflect evolving culinary trends to inspire our guests.
